With inspirational music and a fun atmosphere, you will do everything a professional kickboxer would do to train, including:

  •     Abdominal strengthening and  more

Circuit training combined with professional instruction keeps the training challenging but safe.

All instructors are National Cardio Kickboxing Association (NCKA) certified.
